Meet Brittney, RoleCall’s New Chief Marketing Officer
RoleCall is thrilled to announce our new hire, Brittney Stepanek! As RoleCall’s Chief Marketing Officer, Brittney will translate our clients’ talent attraction goals into customized “paths to yes” for new residents. Brittney has a background in marketing strategy, psychology, and communication, all of which she applies to every project, seeking to gain a deep understanding of each community we serve and every potential residents’ journey to relocation. Her experience in CRMs, automation, and creative strategy will help RoleCall bring revolutionary talent attraction to more places, more effectively, and we are so excited to have her on the team. What makes you most excited about your new role (hehe) at RoleCall?
I’m so excited to engage with clients who are eager to embrace new and effective marketing strategies in expanding their talent attraction efforts. I am also excited for many great growth opportunities working with an amazing and talented team.
What’s the most unexpectedly awesome place you’ve ever been?
House on the Rock (Spring Green, Wisconsin)! I don’t know what I was expecting going into the attraction as an impromptu pit stop… but it definitely was something different, unlike any place I’ve been, so unique. If you’re in the area, you must take time to visit!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and why?
Home to me is people, more than it is a place. While I love being surrounded by family and having them be a big part of raising my children, my happy place is a beach with my kids and husband. We look forward to a family beach vacation every year. My husband has a dream of retiring and moving to Costa Rica, and I wouldn’t be opposed to moving their and living the simple life! Lots of happy memories in Costa Rica, and I’m sure more await!
Describe your perfect Saturday: where are you, what are you doing, what's the weather like, what are you eating, etc?
My perfect Saturday consists of first, sleeping through the night, and secondly, waking up at home with my family smiling and the sun shining. Most everyday starts with a chai tea latte for a caffeine boost. My day would continue with my children, age 5 & 7, who are eager to get out of the house and try something new with open hearts, minds and energy (let’s also add cooperation). Our family enjoys dining out, so we would find a fun local restaurant to try something different. We would end our night at home laughing, snacking and cuddling on the couch. 😊
Here at RoleCall, we're almost as passionate about cocktails as we are about economic development, so tell us: what's your current favorite drink? Bonus points if you have an easy recipe to share!
I’m a fan of many drinks, but if I’m not celebrating with champagne, my go-to drink is a Paloma!
Bonus points: Mix the champagne into the Paloma as a substitute for bubbles (tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice & bubbles such as soda, sparkling water, etc.).
