The annual Talent Attraction Summit focuses entirely on talent, bringing together the country’s most innovative, creative, strategic leaders and practitioners to dig deep, share successes, and continue pushing this industry forward. (And do karaoke together when possible.)

Who is the Talent Attraction Summit for?
The Talent Attraction Summit is for any economic development, chamber of commerce, tourism, or government professional that wants to change the way places attract talent. It’s also open to any person that is passionate about their community and making it better.
What will you get out of it?
The goals of the conference are to:
Build a national network of colleagues to help with tricky situations in economic development. Our communities and challenges are similar in many ways, and we can help each other.
Let’s share and problem-solve together! Learn about what others are doing. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Maybe someone has a great solution for something you’re working on.
