We are looking for dynamic speakers to engage and inspire talent attraction professionals from around the country at our upcoming Talent Attraction Summit in Cleveland, Ohio. This 2.5 day event will bring together a diverse group of professionals to explore best practices and new ideas for talent attraction. Our aim is to foster meaningful conversations, actionable insights, and interactive learning experiences.
We’re open to other ideas, but topics of interest include:

Presentation Formats
Interactive Workshop: 60-90 minutes, highly engaging with hands-on activities or group discussions.
Panel Discussion: 45-60 minutes, featuring a moderator and 2-3 panelists.
Presentation + Q&A: 30-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute audience Q&A.

Who is the Talent Attraction Summit for?
The Talent Attraction Summit is for any economic development, chamber of commerce, tourism, or government professional that wants to change the way places attract talent. It’s also open to any person that is passionate about their community and making it better.
What will you get out of it?
The goals of the conference are to:
